Following successful bilateral consultations between the transport authorities of Mashhad and Xi'an (China), a comprehensive technical knowledge transfer pact has been ratified.
The program enables Mashhad's urban transit engineering team to collaborate with Xi'an's municipal innovators on real-time fleet telematics, fast-charging grid deployment, and depot maintenance optimization.
The sister city link between Mashhad and Xi'an, formalized in the framework of the historic Silk Road municipal corridor, has generated more than 18 practical technical exchanges over the past five years.

در پی مذاکرات دوجانبه میان مدیران ارشد حملونقل شهری مشهد و شیآن (چین)، توافقنامه جامع انتقال دانش فنی سامانههای اتوبوسرانی برقی به امضا رسید.
این توافقنامه امکان همکاری مشترک کارشناسان دو شهر را در زمینه بهینهسازی ایستگاههای شارژ سریع، پایش هوشمند ناوگان و بازطراحی مسیرهای پاک فراهم میسازد.
پیوند خواهرخواندگی مشهد و شیآن که بر بستر میراث تاریخی جاده ابریشم بنا شده، تاکنون بیش از ۱۸ دوره تبادل تجارب فنی و مدیریتی را رقم زده است.
